First time in Tampa and the food was amazing , plus an absolute gent!

These are easily the best ribs I’ve ever had. I got the 1/4 rack with Mac and cheese and baked beans, everything was delicious. Will absolutely eat here any time I see this food truck.

I 've gotten into the habit of asking owners what the best option on their menu is. Ribs or pulled pork was the answer, and if I felt like getting messy then get the ribs. I asked him to just pick one for me and I would trust him. I got a half rack of ribs, and a side of potato salad and a side of Mac and cheese. I asked for a bit of both the mild and hot bbq sauce because I wanted to try them both. The Boss was super friendly and you know he 's gotta be the most popular person in his social circle. I was a little sad he sold out of banana pudding early on but I would much rather see sold out than didn 't sell enough ;)The ribs have a nice crust, not fatty, and not dry at all. I liked the heat of the hot bbq sauce, just enough spice to make your mouth tingle. The potato salad reminds me of my mom 's (which is the gold standard fyi) and the Mac and cheese was great. Bbq can be a mixed bag, especially if you 're expecting some region-specific experience, and it 's a letdown if the joint/truck doesn 't deliver good meat. But this one man show is worth it.

They have had this truck the last two Thursday’s in my apartment complex and the food is so good. The rice bowls are amazing, the steak is tender and seasoned well and my son loves the shrimp as well.

This BBQ is uh-mazingg!!! I ordered the Ribs w/spicy BBQ sauce, Mac Cheese, Baked Beans. Every bite sent me to heaven! The price iof my plate was very reasonable and the amount of food was more than enough. Customer Service was A1. Thank you, Boss! Can't wait to try something else from the menu!
