Bolay - St. Petersburg

Wow! I was able to attend the soft opening for the St. Pete location I was very impressed with the variety of choices loved my selection de jour see last pic). The shrimp was very popular this afternoon I look forward to trying the other selections. Definitely worth the visit!

Fair and good portions. Was full before I finished and they provide to go boxes where you put up your tray. I would suggest having better base options, very plain. Did not like the zucchini so much, but I thoroughly enjoyed the miso tofu.

I got the large Havana pull pork bowl and a fountain drink. The food was good, and it was quick to get. The staff were nice and friendly too.

Wow! First time and won't be the last. Staff were super nice. I mean they were intentional to explain to me the Bolay experience and understand how im a neighborhood local. Joybeth and the manager were the sweetest. The food was great! Definitely will be back to try other bowls.

Vegan Paradise! Creamy garlic sauce is to die for and it?s vegan!!! Tofu is legit. Love everything and they have black rice! Customer service is always great too! Can?t wait to try the new Tampa location!
