Big Apple Buffet - St. Petersburg

The restaurant was very clean, and the kitchen was well-organized with everything in its proper place. Most of the staff were wearing masks, and I noticed the cook also had one on. They offer a wide variety of sushi options, and everything tasted fresh, especially the pink walker. It’s clear that the team is committed to providing a great dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious! Whenever I'm hungry, this is definitely the place I want to come to!

Quick service and friendly staff. The salad is incredibly fresh and crispy! It's great to have starters, sushi, sashimi, and a hot bar/grill all in one place. Highly enjoyable dining experience!

The restaurant was pleasantly quiet, as anticipated for a Monday night. Both the grill and sushi stations were well-staffed, and every dish was delicious, showcasing distinct flavors that were quite enjoyable. While the selection could have been a bit more varied, considering the national supply chain challenges, they managed to put together a nice buffet.

I was happy with the whole season. in comparison to other Chinese buffets this restaurant was not excessively seasoned. I want to eat it every week! but there's a problem. I want them to change the color of lighting in the load.

Esthetics were impressive along with the number of buffet tables. Thus the 3 stars. Unfortunately, the food quality did not exceed comparable establishments. For example, the egg drop soup was barely lukewarm, and watered down. The pepper-steak had little seasoning. The desserts were good, as any other restaurant.
