Nice flavor pork sandwich but meat tough plenty of fat grissel

Under new ownership. Worst Q I have ever had. They need to look up the definition of BBQ. They don't have the low and slow figured out. Tried the ribs, chicken, bbq beans, and potatoe salad. Meat was very touch especially the ribs. Beans looked and tasted like they came out of a can. Real bbq beans have chunks of meat i.e burnt ends. Potatoe salad was bitter, never tasted any worse. Chicken was not tender and dried out, even the dark meat.Only positive was the unique mustard bbq sauce and the meat had a good smoke flavor. Maybe if they figure out how to slow smoke their meat they will get it tender. Being from Kansas City, I'm choosy about my Q!

I was looking for some awesome bbq for Memorial Day and this place impressed several of us. I brought it with me to Rapp brewery and everyone was staring us down. I'll let you know the ribs are tender and very flavorful. I enjoyed the baked beans, tasted like it had a little cinnamon in it. Both sauces are awesome, the spicy isn't super spicy but great flavor.

The new name is Fatty's BBQ and Soul Food and it is great!!!I had a surprise family event on 3/26/2022 and Darrell saved the day ! The food was excellent and the price was great! This is the best Barbecue in St. Pete !
