Mcdonald's - St Petersburg

Staff was very friendly and polite order was correct and HOT the way it should be, I'm not a big McDonald's fan but it's one of the best ones I've been to in a long time, I don't know about the lunch or dinner staff but they're morning crew is outstanding, So to the staff keep up the good work and Thanks for a good experience for once)

Female manager was absolutely rude to my year old grandma all cause she called and asked how much a big Mac was. Get better at hiring people.. Maybe corp will do something about her and her attitude.

As a worker here, I was so disappointed on how I was treated by management. Let's just say, if anyone plan to work for this particular McDonald's I BEG OF YOU, DON'T! it's a waste of time. Customers were AWESOME! but it was certain managers that I had a problem with. First off, they talk to their employees in any kind of way as they please, as well as belittle their employees, completely, no respect! They will constantly yell at their employees while taking lanes, sometimes both lanes at the same time. They will constantly yell over their employees while the employees try to attend to the customers. One bad body black Manager, she usually works in the grill area she would roll her eyes at you and claim you don't do anything, while she walks around having a attitude with every customer, it seem. She talks behind her employee's back to the other managers. I know it doesn't seem to seriously, but anyone would be better off not working at this McDonald's. Honestly, the worst place ever to work at! DEFINITELY NOT worth an hour!Mcdonalds,I QUIT!!!!!!

Decided to try a crispy chicken mcmuffin. he asked to add cheese, paid for cheese supplement. no cheese. there is even a day on the packaging that says add american cheese. where is my cheese?

Waiting to order for minutes, was tired of waiting downloaded app ordered for it took a few minutes to eat. no organization or guidance just another group of people who prove that they don't deserve an hour.
