I went through the drive thru and asked for my latte to be made without sugar just in case if they do make it with because I wasn 't sure. The employee very rudely said lattes don 't have sugar. Then when we got to the window we heard an employee say we 're getting all kinds today . View all feedback.
Drive thru service was poor, rude and pathetic. She needs to get her life together and deal with her issues and not take it out on customers.The gentleman who took my payment was more pleasant.
Just shut this location down already. No one in there wants to work. I watch the managers struggle to get the place to work but all they have are a bunch of lazy employees with attitudes who don’t want to do the job that they signed up for.
Do not use the mobile app to order ahead. They prioritize walk-in customers and drive thru customers and put mobile orders aside. I placed my order a couple of minutes before arriving, and when I pulled into the parking lot, there was no one in the drive-thru or inside. As I was walking up, several people had entered, and also a couple cars pulled into the drive-thru. Everyone else got served, and then finally my coffee was served, but no wrap. She looked at the order again and just started to make it after me waiting for 15 minutes!
The woman running the tiny drive thru had an attitude.
Haha this is the smallest drivethru I have ever driven through.
