Auntie Anne's at Tyrone Square in St. Petersburg is a great place to get a delicious pretzel and snack when you are hungry and need to make that stop. I really like the smell and taste of everything here and it is well worth a visit. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.

We waited is line for 15-20 minutes. When got to the cashier African American woman with no name tag), we request a plain pretzel and three with salt, the woman refused to serve us any pretzel. Told us there was no more, when there was clearly pretzel available in the heating tray. The couple in front of us requested freshly made pretzel and she offered to make them no problem. So, I requested if she could make us freshly made pretzel and she said no. Not sure what the problem was, but I will definitely not go there anymore.

What a poor and pathetic experience I was met with as I attempted to patronize my now formally favorite snack joint. The customer service was absolutley horrible. The lack of service to me screams a lack of leadership and accountability.
