What Kim J doesn't like about Diamond Music Hall:
Been here a few times now. Bands have been great. Wait staff not so much. There needs to be way more. This last visit our waitress NEVER came to our table, we had to flag her down every single time. Then she completely disappeared. Put her coat on and left. Always been impressed with security. There's always been an ID check and purse check. Bathrooms are pretty clean. Tables are bussed quickly. Just need more waitre... View all feedback.
This is the best place in Saint Charles County! The staff is amazing, the food is excellent, and the music is always just right. It's a wonderful spot to unwind and enjoy yourself!
I visited this venue for the first time on April 29 and was genuinely impressed. Initially, I felt a bit anxious about going alone, but as soon as I stepped inside, I felt completely relaxed. The presence of security personnel and the check-in process upon arrival made me feel safer. The venue was impeccably clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. It's a wonderful place for music, and you can get really close to the stage for photos and videos. Keep up the fantastic work—places like this are rare to find!
I attended two amazing shows at this venue, and I loved the vibrant, classic concert atmosphere it provides. While I do wish there were more food options, overall, it's definitely a great place for concerts.
I really like the layout of this place. Best Lemondrop shot I have ever had! The prices were amazing! 10 out of 10 definitely coming to this venue again! Another thing I noticed was that staff continually walked around watching the crowd and made sure everyone was acting right! I felt safe here!
Went for the 25 to 6 to 4 Chicago tribute show with the Deacon Dan headliner. Used to be the Electric Cowboy years ago. The one issue I had with the place was that the drop off from the dance floor onto the regular floor was not clearly marked and during the show with a crowded audience I considered that lack of floor differential to be a major safety hazard especially for people who had never been there before.
