Subway - St. Peters

Husband gave the order to come home and give me the reception. they accused us of a meal if we only get one sub. they called the business and said we had to come back to get refund! only to save that, does that. I was later in the night. teen cashier took my reception and said he would refund the sub card. two months later and not yet refunded. I called (no customer service) but I got someone who told me to talk to the local manager (what I had) or my bank. bank reimbursed 100%. deceased hours that paid a fee of $2, which was totally their fault, and we should never have been charged for it. no respectable business.

This Subway is nice and clean , and the people that work there are friendly ! Give them a try , you will be happy that you did ?

Terrible management. Bad Customer service. Pour ownership. Food doesn 't taste fresh. nI would give them 0 stars, and I will never go to Subway again. Mr. Goodcents is 100 times better. What happened to Subway? I went to another location 2 months ago off Mid Rivers mall drive, and food didn 't taste good. Lady that handed my food to me was very rude. And they didn 't give me my discount after buying 3 foot longs..

My boyfriend just went to get us subway, and as I was eating it I feel something weird in my mouth so I pull it out and it's a red piece of plastic. I imagine it probably came off of some kind of packaging that their product comes in that probably fell in during prep but gross, nonetheless. I try to not make a habit of eating plastic so maybe be more careful next time when prepping your stuff.

Food was perfect for our lunch gathering, all the sandwiches tasted so good
