Pizzas said it was delivered but they just didn't do the order. I had to call them and finally got the pizzas 3 hours late. I had to order lunch from somewhere else and pizzas went to waste. Ordered pizza online for pickup and when we got it home it was like they took a tiny pinch of toppings and scattered it on, you can count how many is on there just by looking, (if your curious, 21 slices of ham and 20 pieces of pineapple and 18 pieces of jalapeños) one of the slices only had 3 pieces of ham! I usually like dominos but their presentation and quantity of topping were lacking, I didn't realize I got 50%less toppings when I got 50% off.
I have never experienced such awful customer service from someone that is supposed to be a “manager” I ordered 2 cheese pizza’s and didn’t get them for an hour. Once my order was delivered the pizza’s were incorrect I called the store and was told by this so called “manager” that they would send out the correct order 45min later still no pizza. So I call again the “manager” said HE FORGOT TO SEND OUT MY PIZZA and will send it out asap. Another 45min go by still no pizza. Mind you I placed my order at 12pm and it is now 3:15 and my correct pizza’s are yet to arrive. But they at least charged me for the pizza’s that they never delivered at least they have my money who cares if the customers get what they actually paid for! The “manager” I spoke with at 3pm was so rude had the worst customer service and actually had the nerve to hang up on me when I was explaining the situation to him. NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND HORRIBLE MANAGERS!!
The worst location. Pizza always comes luke warm and with no sauce and very little cheese. Not sure how you can mess up a pepperoni pizza repeatedly but they excel at it.
I have commanded you to execute and pick him up. at the arrival I found out that a shipper had taken my order wrongly for a house delivery instead of the order for the house. the crew apologised for the error and went quickly into action to restore my order. they offered me a free article for the inconvenience. I have a free order of kesebrot. my order was completed in about 10 minutes. great work on the crew, everything was delicious! 12 thin crust pfefferoni pizza, chicken bacon ranch sandwich, crispy lava cake and the free cheesebread. the house that got my order did not call and complained because they got more food than they ordered with my order. lol? das domino’s rock’s on mid rivers in st peters!
