I love everything abou... read more I absolutely adore the Saint Peter Coop! When I moved to town over twenty years ago, I was thrilled to discover that the Coop was around. I love everything about it – the food, the welcoming atmosphere, the sunlight flooding in through the windows, the convenient location, the hot bar, the fresh produce, the healthy and eco-friendly products, and the diverse, friendly, and skilled staff. I honestly don’t think I could handle the Minnesota winters without the Coop. I’m so grateful for it!

We got 2 single slices, one cherry and one apple, for $8. Oh my goodness. Amazing! Plus not to mention they use local ingredients. And her selection includes the classics and some I have never seen before. 10/10 worth a stop. <3

We also ordered some tasty cheese and crackers for our evening meal. The service was great too!
