Ban Canteen - St. Pauli

The vegan options are far from amazing, quite simple and few of them based on their lemongrass tofu, which is extremely sponge. I don't get the hype behind this restaurant.

Had the summer roller bowl and it was only extremely overpriced for the very simple and slightly boring plate I got. (14€? my friend had the tofu burger and that was better. I have the summerroll bowl and she was just overpriced for the very simple and rather boring dish what I have. (14€???) my friend has the tofu burger and the war better.

It was just terrible. we had 2 different meal times. in both cases, it was just a simple salate with tofu, which was only muddy and disintegrated.

“Hip” environment, but really the food is overpriced and not even that tasty compared to many many Vietnamese (fusion) places in Hamburg.
