What User doesn't like about Nawab Lounge:
We had been there once for a small party, which I must say, turned out to be the worst night. The starter was on time, but the Main course was served very late after being asked twice by us. The food wasn't tasty as we expected, moreover the worst part was that two of us had upset tummy and cramps. I would never recommend this restaurant because of their poor quality. View all feedback.
The Nawab Lounge has recently relocated to a new building, which is at least four times larger than its previous location. Initially, I was worried about their ability to accommodate 30 guests and if they had settled into their new space. However, my concerns were quickly put to rest. Upon arrival, I noticed that they had arranged a long table for 30 guests, divided into three tables of 10 for easy access. Throughout the evening, there were two waiters attending to each table, taking orders, serving food, and ensuring that drinks were kept topped up. The service was not only efficient but also very professional. Despite the potential language barrier that can sometimes be encountered in Indian restaurants, there were no communication issues at all. The waiters were friendly, engaging, and shared jokes with all of us. For more details on my experience, please visit my blog review [hidden link].
After moving to St Neots from East London, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the staff at the restaurant also hailed from there. The food was outstanding and the staff always made time to chat with you, even when they were busy. The biryani was the best I had ever tasted. I wish there was a restaurant like Narweb in the East End. I couldn't find any fault with Narweb. Even when they were busy, they still managed to find a table for those who hadn't booked. The complimentary liqueur after the meal was a nice finishing touch, and the staff's manners were impeccable - they shook your hand, helped with coats, and even opened the door for you. I would highly recommend this restaurant - 5 stars.
We often used this restaurant when we lived in st neots and found the eating of best quality, the service that on no and the facilities [loos] exceptionally clean at each visit. I look forward to a return very soon.
Always fantastic, never a complain! great eating, great staff, this restaurant love.
After I moved from london to st. neots, I was surprised to find the personal from there. eating was extraordinary, the personal always found time to talk to them, even though busy. it was the best birani I ever tasted. I would have loved such a restaurant in the east end. I can't blame the naweb in any way. even if they are busy, they still make the effort to find a table if they haven't booked. after the service of a free lacquer, the night gives a final touch, also the type of pure gentleman, staff shake their hand and help with the coats and open the door for them.
