So I decided to dine twice here & both were excellent. They have a very friendly informal approach, are very helpful & quickly responsive to requests. If you stay at the hotel they remember you from breakfast even though I didn't remember seeing them which is excellent professionalism. The first night I had the potato soup with slow cooked veal which was one of my favourite dishes of the trip, for main the stuffed Swiss chard with mushrooms & cheese. Both were delightfully filling and the waitress had advised me not to order another dish I wanted for that reason & very glad she did. The second night I had their smoked salmon and the classic veal & potato rosti for main, both were excellent. Even though I chose not to have desert, an inclusive small platter of half a dozen sweet/chocolate bites came with the coffee which was a perfect way to round of the meal. There is an extensive wine selection from around the world offered by the hotel. I think this restaurant is a great credit to the hotel and way above the standard of many other hotel restaurants and is an added attraction for me to return.

The food was one of the best and the cocktails, coming straight from the bar, excellent. The service was professional and perfect to detail.
