We have been in this restaurant already last year while staying in the hotel and we were really impressed. This year, we wanted to try again. The degustation menu represents a good value for money, compared to other gourmet restaurants in the town. The ingredients used are refined and on a higher level. The service is outstanding, the attention to details in the menu and in service is noticeable. We were so impressed, that we returned once again that week and tried a la carte menu, the lobster with caviar, the lamb and the wagyu beef are one of my favorite dishes. We also met chef Leo, as he came to greet the guests, which I find a nice gesture. Congratulations to head waiter Raffaele and chef Leo together the team for creating an unforgettable experience for the guests. Will be definitely back.
What a starred Michelin restaurant! They must have 2* for the kitchen and also the staff was perfect in each part. Perfect combination with the food like the sweetbreads, my favourite dish, finished with truffle foam and dried apricots with scorzanera. The wine list is not so large but well researched with so many beautiful labels. We've enjoyed an amazing Bourgogne Blanc. I hope to return there as soon as possible.
