What Cassie Parks doesn't like about Justine's Ice Cream Parlor:
We were turned away at 8:05 since they said in person that they close at 8 and owner hadn’t updated hours on google, which say they close at 8:30. Cannot comment on ice cream quality. View all feedback. What User likes about Justine's Ice Cream Parlor:
My husband and I have a Dusty Road sunglass by Justine and it was perhaps one of the best parasols we ever had! We had a blow to Bourbon on the rock and a blow to Churro Cinnamon. Both ice creams had their own different flavors perfectly paired with the hot fudge and caramel. We're definitely coming back. View all feedback.
