If I call Domino's in Saint Michael, I expect to speak with someone at that location, not a call center representative who doesn't speak English. If I receive the wrong order, I expect a refund for the food I didn't order. For example, if I ordered a burger from Applebee's and they gave me a different item, I wouldn't pay for it because I didn't order it. So, I want my money back for the incorrect order. When I call the Domino's in Saint Michael, I expect to speak with someone who actually works at that location, not a call center representative who struggles with English. When that person sends me the wrong order, I believe I should receive a refund for the food I didn’t order. If I ordered a burger at Applebee's and received chicken instead, I wouldn't pay for it—so why should I have to pay for food that wasn’t mine? Yet, they won't issue a refund.
