The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was quite generous. The room decor has been recently upgraded and looks beautiful. The owners shared their plans for future improvements, so I’m confident this place will earn a five-star rating soon. View all feedback.
They stayed in the village for the week of flitter. really friendly place. always felt welcome as if it were our local for years. breathe every night. they make a lot more special for example at the moment 2 steaks and a bottle wine for £35 . and a curry night, all they can eat. the managerin was amazing and the personal funny and chatting. chloe was so happy and bubbly, she could smile at the most terrible rain days.
Absolutely fantastic. We had a very large table of around 30 and they managed the situation without fuss or any obvious signs of stress. I would go again... And again. Ps the carvery is great as well.
We arrived in the village just after 8 PM and needed dinner but no other establishment was open. They close their kitchen at 8 but told us they'd reopen it for us. The food was amazing, decor was cozy and warm, and the staff were as friendly as ever. I would absolutely recommend.
Stayed on a Thursday. All you can eat curry yeah, bonus. Pukka. Lovely room, coffee machine and biscuits. Nice and clean and comfortable bed. Staff are fab I would stay again without a doubt...
We had a fantastic family dining experience at the Pig and Carvery. We visited on a spectacular Sunday during the Jubilee weekend and felt extremely welcome. Although they were fully booked, they managed to accommodate all six adults, a little girl, and our dog for dinner. The carvery was excellent and the staff were very friendly. We won’t hesitate to return!
