I visited this Taco bell this morning and had only the best experience; everyone there seemed great I got this mood from all staff that they all had a good day, so I would hope they have a nice back manager who takes care of them well; that is a sign of a generally non-toxic working environment and that skips to customers when you read a manager here, consider this.
