White Castle - St. Louis

Every time we come here to order the 1921 combo, they always tell us that their 1921 grill is below. That's the third. It's time we were here and still happening. That makes me think they're just lazy and don't want to do the job. The passage is also extremely slow. 30 minutes waiting time. Strange.

I have a 10 piece chicken ring, the chicken was not cooked so she couldn't eat. Then my double cheeseburger was rough, they were so fat that they couldn't eat them. The service was okay, but it was better.

I was glad to see one. The memories of the childhood in Chicago. Surprisingly, the slides still taste the same. Excellent customer service. The checkout was polite, professional, funny and all round way. Thank you.

Great place! Dedicated worker, only to edit the register, to make burgers and to serve in the drive-thru, while another employee took a quick lunch break. Service and food were still great!!

Went thru drive thru, waited 5 minutes than was asked to move forward, 3 cars went through as I waited another 15 minutes, went in side to check on order, guy at front counter had shirt temper at me for asking about my order. It was setting by the drive through window, ordered a 1921 Combo and 2 extra 1921's received 2 1921's and 2 regular. Not aware of price difference, plus everything was cold. Don't know how long it was ready but sat on counter and no one brought it out. If I could give them a 0 I would have. Never going back again
