Tasty Treats Snack Shop - St. Louis

I visit this restaurant often, and I appreciate that my online orders for pick-up are always ready and hot. However, I have to mention that during my last two visits, the sweet and spicy wings I ordered were disappointingly small. I usually get six wings, but they were so tiny that they didn’t make for a satisfying lunch. Overall, the food quality is good. Rating: 4/5.

The food was good, but the staff member on the phone really needs to be taken off the line. He rushed us to place our order and sounded like he didn't want to be there.

The customer service at the register could use some improvement. I ordered a catfish sandwich, which was served on Texas toast that was larger than the fish itself. My jumbo shrimp was half grilled and half fried and lacked seasoning; my order was not correct. I was also overcharged for the sweet honey sauce on my shrimp. Overall, the food was decent and served hot, and they did apologize for the mix-up. I might consider returning.

I go for food can care less about the atmosphere. Food is generous genuine and tasty just like home and reasonably priced.....Food: 5/5

I don’t want any vegetarians to fall victim to tasty treats. I ordered an impossible sandwich and received beef! Can’t support places like this. Explained to the person who answered the phone I was on a 30 min lunch break from work and he said, “Aw well we have to have the physical food”. Real lousy customer service!
