Busy place, but they get it done! Best Taco Bell around STL. They hustle to get your order right and ready fast. There was one person running the counter and making food at the same time, and he was killing it: what an amazing person. It amazes me how capable some people are, and how they can feed so many people. This is a true blessing of our modern day: to be able to feed so many. Feed the world and you can't go wr... What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I understand that the restaurant may be short on staff, but waiting over 45 minutes in the drive-thru is excessive. It took an additional 10 to 15 minutes just to receive my order at the window. Food rating: 1/5. View all feedback.
Very slow. supported on the point that she could not keep with the car through, lobby and ordering before ordering. communication is also lacking in the employees. my eating was given on the journey through the window and sat almost 5 minutes while several other moats received their eating. only after all the others had gone, the cassians asked who I was and what my order was. at this point they realized that it had been placed at the wrong place.

My rating would be higher because the food tasted great, but we ate in the restaurant and they not only messed up our orders, was kind of rude/ignorant about fixing them, and we had to order from a kiosk digitally. First, the only way to get a receipt is by email or text. Second, even though it was digital with specific instructions, they messed up not 1, not 2, but 3 different things on the order. I added avocado ranch to my gordita crunch, and we added guacamole to my son's Mexican pizza and my husband's crunchwrap. None of that was on the items, and when we went to ask for it to be fixed, we had to explain this to 3 different people. They still didn't understand what we wanted. Very disappointed by this. We literally just told them to give us a side of avocado ranch for my gordita and guacamole to put on top of Mt son's pizza.
I'm sure the food is fine (i can't ever get any) gbut they are never open on time for breakfast. 8:49am 9 22 22. It's not the responsibility of these workers to get the place staffed. The gm owner need to get their priorities straight. You need to be in there every day if your business isn't doing well.Edit: 9 23 22. Got a breakfast burrito and they only will give you 2 sauce packets per item. This tells us that money is tight. So ownership, instead of getting in there and working, they're trying to cut corners. If fire sauce is making breaking your budget then you're doing it wrong. How much would you sell this tb location for? Please let me know.
I was on a mission for free food, this day, after spending hours on public transit and at doctor visits. Taco Bell offers a couple options for freebies when signing up for their online ordering experience. I chose the beefy 5 layer burrito... It was delicious.None of that is what makes this store stand out. From the moment I approached the building, the team here acknowledged my presence, offered assistance getting in the door (I'm in a wheelchair), and went above and beyond making sure I was able to order my food and even gave me a drink to go with the burrito. The real feather in their cap is they appeared to be this cordial with all customers coming to their store. Hats off to this crew.
