So happy to have stumbled back to Chicago on this place! If you think about Hot Dog, it's nothing like this place! Sit or run drinks that Star Wars are inspired with a 50 style decor. I had the pub of Steve and my friend created his own hot dog. We both ordered drinks, I had the baby Yoda and he got the Yippie Ka Yay! I advise you very much when you go through the city to stop by and try a hot dog or a bust while you... View all feedback.
What Curt Balding doesn't like about Steve's Hot Dogs Tower Grove:
Went to check out the Tracy Carney karaoke show that now is operated on an every Monday night schedule. They also have a trvia contest on a Tuesday night, but I haven't participated in one yet. Had the Chilli hotdogs with a real small side of grilled onions. The hotdog was OK, but I should have asked them to toast the bun a little. It's a little pricy for just the hotdog, but it's supposed to be real beef. View all feedback.
I always enjoy coming to this restaurant. I haven't been here much since the Tower Grove location opened, but I always love returning to the Hill location. Update: Google Maps did not update my review, the previous one was my old one. The South Grand location is amazing and the improvements they have made are fantastic!
I really enjoyed the delicious food at this restaurant, especially the October Munster Mash Dog! The staff was very friendly and I loved the Star Wars themed decor.
This place straight up rocks. There's a large variety of gourmet hot dogs, from your standard Chicago style to one with baked beans and potato salad on top. They also over several different loaded French fry dishes. My order was made quite fast and was quite delicious. (Worth noting is that I've had takeout or delivery several times over the years as well. Finally I want to note that the night I dined in was an open mic night, which was a blast. Steve's Dogs might be relatively new but it has become a St. Louis staple, especially considering the Steve in question is The Urge's own Steve Ewing!
Fantastic all the way around. Steve is a great owner and great for st.louis.
The food was very good. Not dry and not moist. Not spicy. Very good coke. Plays movie and music. 5 would recommend!
