The restaurant provided quick and friendly service, and crafted a delicious iced vanilla latte for my son. He had stayed up all night playing PlayStation 5 and seemed unimpressed everywhere we went today in St. Louis.

I understand that the baristas may not be paid enough to prioritize accuracy in drink orders, but as a customer spending $5 on an iced coffee, I expect it to be made correctly. Unfortunately, the baristas here do not pay attention to drink modifications. Even if you request no ice, the drink still comes with ice. The management's response to complaints about having to constantly remake drinks due to this issue is dismissive. My drink should simply be pouring ice coffee into a cup and adding a lid, not also scooping in extra ice. While this location has comfortable seating and can make a tasty egg bite in the microwave, I would recommend skipping it for your beverages.

Staff went out of their way to turn what started as a frightening morning into a hopeful and happy day. Thank you for your kindness
