Smoothie King - St. Louis

I visited the drive-thru and placed my order. The wait for the smoothie I ordered was a bit long, but I didn't mind as I wasn't in a rush. I have been to other places where the service is usually faster even when the staff is busy. When I finally received my smoothie, I realized that the cup was only partially filled despite paying for a 40-ounce drink. The taste was decent, but there was an excessive amount of ice, making it seem like the smoothie wasn't blended properly. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking high-quality smoothies and excellent service.

Before visiting this restaurant, I recommend trying the peanut power plus chocolate smoothie. I've had it at other places and it is usually delicious and creamy. However, the one I tried here was watery and had a chalky taste. It seemed like there were some ingredients missing and it was a disappointing experience.

The staff at this restaurant was really friendly and patient. They even went above and beyond when the manager, Mo, made a new smoothie for my husband after he spilled his.

I've been here 2-3 times a week for over a year. At the beginning it was hit or miss, but she? ve has changed some employees and now every time we come our smoothies are on site. Everyone was nice, but Mo is so incredibly friendly. I actually went home for the first time and told my husband how refreshing it was to have someone as friendly and welcoming when it is so rare nowadays. We always add some additional fruit and protein and other sites can not seem to get the mix/change right. Mo always makes us perfect. If we are always busy and on the go it is nice to know, we can place an order on the app and it will be ready to go when we get there. We look forward to our next!

While this store has been great for years, the past few months they have stopped even trying. Twice in the past month I have pulled up around 730 AM and no one has answered the drive through, to check and see if anyone was inside I have looked and the place lacks employees who care. It?s sad when ownership is unaware they are being robbed by their own employees.
