Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Was very inconvenienced coming to this location today. I would normally drive to this location to purchase a 32oz canes sauce every few weeks. Well today seemed a little different. When I walked to the register the young male cashier just stared at me and didn’t greet or ask if I was ready. I had to ask him if he was ready to take my order. Once I gave my order of only a “32oz Canes sauce “ the male cashier turned around and asked the female worker did they have enough cane sauce for a 32oz cup. Remind you the cup he was holding was only a 20oz cup. I Explained to him that’s not the correct size cup and it should be larger. I always purchase the 32oz cups but he was very adamant that’s the only size they serve. The female worker came back and said they didn’t have enough to serve me for the cup. I stated that was hard to believe since canes are known for their sauce it’s only 2:40pm. I proceeded to ask well how can I get sauce? How about giving me the small containers equaling the amount of a 32oz cup? The female worker went to the back and came back with the manager, who blankly said he couldn’t accommodate me because they didn’t have enough sauce. I’m more upset I drove 20min to not be served. I have called corporate to voice my concerns and frustrations. I will never frequent this location again.

Go here when they first open or not at all! My friend got food poisoning when we came here last night from the undercooked chicken!

Don't have these places around us in FL, so stopped here when we had the chance while visiting the area. Chicken was pretty good. Sauce was better. Not really up to the hype, but it was still a good fast food meal.
