Love comes here. my sister vivian always ensures that my eating is only for my pleasure. the rest is the personal also amazing!

The restaurant can be hit or miss when it comes to getting the order right. The service is not crazy fast, but the food is still delicious.

Complete catastrophe, terrible service, the guy in the car was so high that he didn't understand what I asked. in fact he was absolutely rude and was short with me when I just asked for my drink. I loved jimmy john’s and will never come back because of this incompetent employee.

I wish I could give no star bcs that it is as they really did! the cashier was nice, although he unfortunately doesn't know how to listen to him, what I just wanted on my sandwich. I have what they wanted me to have. they put more than enough meat on the first sandwich, that was wrong. I asked her to make my sandwich the right way. they gave me two pieces of truthahn meat on that sandwich. I asked for my money back the manager had enough nerve to say that the meat is divided and that is the way it goes and that is when I wait my s way I never want to go to jimmy john’s in st louis university on laclede ave. I want the owner to contact me. I'll call Korp office in illinois.

I was ripped off. I placed an advanced order in August 2021 but the driver still arrived 15 minutes late after the business had already closed. I’ve yet to get my refund. I keep getting the run around from them and my bank. Their employees did not deliver on time and had a $26 meal at MY EXPENSE. I’ll never recommend this location to ANYONE.
