I haven't had a Cracker Barrel meal in a while, and I wasn't disappointed during my late-night visit. The food quality was the same deliciousness I've come to expect. However, the drive-thru line was painfully slow. But really, what can you do? They seem to enjoy the rush. Overall, I would rate the food a solid 4 out of 5. View all feedback.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I was informed that my first choice was unavailable, so I selected another option. When I approached the window, an employee shouted for me to stop, even though there were no cars in front of me. There was no explanation provided. We visit from the city. I was looking for something late to eat. 9:30. We went to a place where they told us they were closed. after serving the car before us, so he went to the next. I called the one we just left on the way to the other. Ask her what time it is. they told me they were 24 hours. We thought that. after waiting for our food for more than 20 minutes. we missed one of our meal times, and the hunch was very rubbery. that was my first experience with jack in the box and probably my last.
You can tell customer service is their last priority. I was seriously worried about how my food was going to taste with how little they seemed to care. The only reason they got 2 instead of 1 is because the food was okay. If your employee acts dead and doesn't want to be there let him go cuz he's going to drag the whole place down I'll never go back there.
Made an online order at 7:30pm and it said it was completed and they refused to give me my food or my money back. Very rude people working the drive window.
Took 20 minutes of sitting in the drive thru to get our food when we were the second car in line. We only had a $20 order. When we got it, we were missing the tacos we ordered, only had 1 straw for 2 drinks, and no fork to eat a teriyaki bowl with. The sauce we requested never made it in the bag either. One of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had.
Food was hot, now the wait was a bit longer but this is to be expected with a fried chicken sandwich and was exactly what I expect ordering an item like this and I appreciate the food being fresh as opposed to tuff or overheated thank to the employees who did your job... tonight was a night my s/o and I finally got a break to get food after 30 hrs at our 7 day old infants bedside at cardinal glennon and not having to turn around and have to spend time arguing about an order you paid for being incorrect is very rare these days and those moments matter more than most ppl know so I just wanted the entire crew working on 10-11-22 at 9:40pm provided us tremendous service and fresh food at this location
