Hot City Grill aka Hot City Frank's.... Not has the absolute brats in the world. But, the owner is one of nicest, most respectful people I know. So if you are wandering around downtown St Louis around 13th and Washington late night on the weekend. Stop by Hot City Franks for a brat, hot dog, hamburger, and a drink.
