I wanted to try this place for a very long time and I'm so glad I did. I'm portion seem like they're small at first but it's just the right amount so you're not too full. Even though it's a sit-down restaurant the service is so fast that you can get in and out but still enjoy your meal.Parking: The parking lot is in the back of the building. I've tried going to Freddie Gs twice. Both times on a Saturday, both times at opening. I got there both times when the website said they were open. Both times, no lights on, and no one inside. I waited around for a while both times. I did a low review because I would like to try their food but I can't get in. Online, the food looks good. View all feedback.
I've attempted to visit Freddie G's twice, both on Saturdays and right at opening time. According to their website, they were supposed to be open, but both times the lights were off and no one was inside. I waited around for a while, but unfortunately, I couldn't get in. I'm leaving a low review because I'd really like to try their food, which looks great online, but I haven't been able to do so.
I had been looking forward to visiting this restaurant for a while, but unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype. The food was just okay; the chicken was hot, but the waffles were ice cold, and the lemonade was warm, which caused the few ice cubes I received to melt right away. To top it off, they were out of several items, including steak, syrup, hot sauce, soap, and paper towels. I doubt I’ll return. We also waited an hour for our food, and my party of two was the only one in the restaurant.
The food was excellent, but the wait time was… TWO HOURS. Yes, you read that right! I’m not sure if they were understaffed, but honestly, it wasn’t worth the wait. Our server, with the long gray hair, had a poor attitude and struggled to manage a full table. She rolled her eyes every time she left us to get something she had forgotten. We ended up passing around our own food and receipts. She didn’t apologize for the wait and somehow failed to mention that most of the menu items were unavailable. There was no steak, no sausage, and no bacon. When we decided to substitute bacon for sausage, she came back to inform us that they had run out of bacon too. As a result, we ended up all ordering chicken and waffles or tenders. How do you run out of so many items when brunch just started? While the food was tasty, I won’t be returning. Service is crucial, and you really dropped the ball on that! Freddy G’s, it might be time for a Freddy D!
HORRIBLE SERVICE WAIT TIME FOR A GROUP 2 HOURS (SUCKS) NEED TO TRAIN YOUR SERVERS IF THERE SOMETHING THAT CAN'T BE CHANGED ON THE MENU... PER THE OWNER/COOK.
