Firehouse Grill St. Louis

Went for a friend's 60th birthday party. The catered food was cold and we couldn't find anyone to heat it. Had only been there one time before but I was not impressed and would probably not return.

Ashley is always attentive and makes you feel welcome. She knows my name and always asks how I am doing. She cares about her customers.

My friends and I have literally been going here for YEARS on Tuesday nights for trivia.The food is mid, at best, they are understaffed, you are constantly waiting on drinks, napkins, utensils, etcAshley, the bartender (and possibly part owner) is TERRIBLE. Mixed drinks are not good and customer service could not be worse.

The wraps are great. Fries and wings too. Waitress wasn't pleasant.

I came with 14 people Monday for lunch. We called in reservations but when we arrived they didnt have it on record. Tables were quickly set up for us. Taylor was our waitress and only waitress waiting tables. She had a constant smile on her face and was so accomodating and patient eventhough she was overwhelmed. She was phenomenal. When you have a nice waitress it makes our lunch enjoyable. Thank you Taylor and keep up the good work.
