What Clayton Prater doesn't like about Church's Chicken:
First time customer at this location. Place is dirty looking when going inside to order. Got my lunch pretty fast and decided to eat there instead of my car. The is no public bathroom even for customers. Finished my meal and asked for a refill on my soda. Was told they do not order refills and it would be $2.50 to purchase a new soda. 10 pieces dark mix. very tasty. 4 people ate for $27 not bad
Drive thru line was a bit long but that was because the inside ordering wasn't available. Despite the line being long it went fairly fast. Workers had great customer service, very polite and helpful.
Staff very unprofessional and rude...we ordered 6 pieces of chicken and was given one ketchup when asked for more staff indicated they were short and rushed us out the drive thru while we were checking out order.... Staff /manager was actually the rude person
People were very friendly. I stopped by the Natural Bridge location to pick-up chicken for dinner. My thoughts were it would be fresh. Not so....I was served old dry chicken and the Manager was the one packing the box and I was serving old chicken. Let's just start with getting rid of the Managers and than reevaluate the staff. If they need to go to ....so be it..get rid of them all
The service is like no other. great, friendly, competent and professional service. always eat hot and super!
