What Steve C doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
I ordered the Southwest Chicken Salad for $12.95. It had lettuce, a small amount of grilled chicken, and tomatoes. I couldn't send it back as I was rushed. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I found the restaurant to be poorly managed. View all feedback.
Best place to eat at St Louis Airport. For what that's worth. Not bad really. Staff were very nice. Service was pretty good.
Service was terrible. Drinks stayed empty, refills were incorrect, food order was incorrect. Food was good though. Price is decent.
Good burgers and sandwiches, also they have a good breakfast
Chili's food looked and tasted microwaved. I had the chicken bowl, expecting it to be like Chitpole's version, but it was neither fresh or tasty. The chicken tortilla soup was passable if you don't mind extra salt. Only redeeming quality was my pleasant server I think the BK or California Pizza Kitchen close by would have been better options.
The wait was long and the food was not worth the high price of $25 for two salads. It's better to either eat quickly at the restaurant or take the food home. Also, they forgot to make my dish vegetarian. I ordered a vegetarian burger and received a greasy item instead. It seems like this is how they always prepare it. I will not be returning.
