We had a nice server? The food was very good as well as the portion size. Only what I did not like was the lack of light during the day, it was somehow dark inside for the lunchtime, the air conditioning should be better, cooler, and there was almost no soap in the toilet and the container was broken, go. What User doesn't like about The Cheesecake Factory:
So the first waiting period was 1 hour 20 minutes to get in. Then drink for 15 minutes. The waitress was great. Appetizers came in 20 min. The food lasted an hour. There were large gaps for 4 people between each get food. At least 20 min for all to get food after the first plate. My son got his Cheeseburger and Pommes and they were completely cold and had to be sent back. I have the Hibachi Steak and Wasabi potatoes.... View all feedback.
The Filet Mignon was absolutely amazing. I sat at the bar and the female bartender was incredibly friendly.
This restaurant is fantastic for grabbing lunch! My sister and I wanted a quick meal after a shopping trip today. Our server, Eric, was outstanding. He remembered my preference for rare salmon from several months ago. The food was delicious and the atmosphere had a lively, innovative vibe that is characteristic of the West County area. I highly recommend the Cheesecake Factory at the Galleria.
This is a bz location, but we were seated fairly quickly. The ambiance was nice, it's inside a mall in a nice area. Parking was kinda tough to find due to the high volume of people. The food was meh, and didn't meet my expectations. For the 100 dollars I spent, the value was not there. We had cheeseburgers, fries, salad and wings, simple menu items, ez to make... but it all tasted ok. The waitress was nice and did her job well, despite having a lot of tables. Now the actual cheesecake options are a different story, they where amazing. I will not go back to dine, but I will go back for a slice of cheesecake if I'm in that mall.
This place is truly amazing! It feels like stepping into the pyramids or some ancient wonder, and the food is fantastic! I give it five stars across the board!
$11 for a piece of cheesecake. A little ridiculous. Very delicious nonetheless.
