Please don't skip the egg! Oh my goodness, I give it 11 out of 10 Goldblums. I only wish they offered a Bao-Bunge option, but the crumble was satisfying enough on its own. View all feedback.
What Martin M doesn't like about Nami Ramen:
wanted to like her... but alas. the Takoyaki barley had an octopus and they weren't super creamy, so it was just fried dough balls. I also order the curry ramen with no chicken, so they gave me veggie broth instead of the coconut milk broth which was a strange choice. the noodles were good, but the broth was just okay. not a memorable experience other than the cool art on the walls View all feedback.
Ordered the Calamari, Signature Ramen, and the Black Garlic Ramen. The ramen was light but flavorful. The pork on top of the ramen was extremely soft and the egg was really well done. Highly recommend the calamari, was fresh out the frier and was light and soft.
Nami Ramen is a super cute spot to enjoy Ramen. The customer service was excellent and it smelled delicious. The overall restaurant is on the smaller side so you definitely would not want to bring a big group (3-4 at max). In addition to our ramen, we tried the gyoza, a spam musubi and our little one had the little ninja rice bowl with chicken katsu. The flavor was definitely rich and creamy in both bowls and overall flavor profiles were on par with expectation.
The wings and fried rice was delicious. We got the Jigoku ramen and it was just okay. On my next visit I'll get the Nami Signature Tonkotsu. Location is good but parking is limited.
When we ate here, we had great expectations for Nami Ramen. I expected the classic ramen I ordered to be fantastic, but it was only okay. The pork was a little too chewy, and the noodles had a slight rawness to them. The restaurant as a whole, where you have to order as soon as you walk in and have a limited number of selections to choose from, most disappointed me. The front-of-house employee is skilled and quick at taking the order. Food is prepared quickly, and the broth is great.
Best ramen I've had in a long while. Gf and I scoffed it down like it wasn't even there. Eggs were perfect and the broth was the perfect creaminess. I highly recommendFood: 5/5
