They have eliminated personal service. All ordering electronically. No personalization. Wait staff un-helpful, almost non-communicative, in explaining this unusual ordering system. I know the owner has to make money but this was bad! View all feedback.
They notice that the fries are oil-free, but they are a bit dry. the house made ketchup type but makes for it. the mushroom Swiss burger is really one of the best burgers I ever had, vegan or not. it is smokey and savory. also the salted caramel gelato is excellent. updated by previous review on 2022-04-15

The food, service and atmosphere were all awesome! the waiting staff answered all asking and explained the new ordering system well. I really enjoyed paying before the meal.
New contactless order was easy and makes everyone safe. the personal came to answer several times to ask. eating was really delicious! highly recommended
