They were short staff, but our waitress was good. The food came out quickly. Portions were very generous. I got the chicken sandwich and my friend got the patty melt. We only ate half. The sweet potato wafers were perfect. Definitely back View all feedback.

I used to rate them 5 stars, but not any more. Their food is still good, but they're off-the-charts with their prices. $17.25 for the buffalo chicken salad is highway robbery. Over $18 for meat loaf???? Give me a break. I guess the price hikes won't stop until people stop going there. I'm certainly not going back. View all feedback.

For many years away from the lou', but back for a visit and was asked to try this place. this was a solo trip to a sick family member, as I did.
Had great service of regina and the wings were excellent (what was good when considering that they were almost $20! the rest of the food was not the biggest.
The fish and chips were amazing! The service was excellent and we chose to have a sit-down lunch.
Enjoy this restaurant very much! The food was outstanding and I've never had onion rings quite this size they were gigantic! First time eating here but won't be the last. Even the waitress was phenomenal. She even signed me up for the point system which they have it all of their restaurants, Joey B's Billy G's Etc. Parking: We arrived right during dinner time and there was plenty of parking. Kid-friendliness: I went with another adult however they were many many kids there. We ate outside and the noise level was fine, and the kids seemed to enjoy this place as well.
