Waterbiscuit - St. Julian's

Somewhat of a 'hotel restaurant ' a bit lacking in atmosphere but the food was very good with some imaginative dishes with complex flavours. Service was very attentive and a nice wine list with plenty of local wines. I would return if in St Julian again.

Very good place! The bottle of red wine came 20 min after the food/Rib eye. Wine is best together with the food, and when it is warm.. But anyway the food and service is amazing!

Great food, wine and ambiance made for a great evening.

The restaurant is very quiet and clean, the staff is very attentive and friendly. The food was well cooked and delicious. (I recommend you try the white chocolate fondant for dessert). A calm ambience, good food and excellent service!
