The wait time for order preparation is unusually long, and their hygiene practices leave much to be desired. They consistently use the same pizza cutter for every pizza without cleaning it in between, which is quite concerning. I recommend seeking a different restaurant.

I wouldn't feel comfortable purchasing any food here unless it was pre-packaged.

Once, I received only half of my order, and on another occasion, my order was completely missing. Ever since DoorDash took over the deliveries, my order has only been correct 1 out of 5 times. This place has really gone downhill; it's dirty and unkempt, and it fails to provide the service we're paying for, especially with rising prices. The pizza I received tonight was ice cold and not even the right shape—it was supposed to be round, but it looked like a puzzle piece instead. What a disappointment!

Very dirty location, have ordere... read more I have given this location several chances. Casey’s is known for its great reputation but this location is not serving that up. Very dirty location, have ordered food several times and received the incorrect order every time including no toppings on a taco pizza. Gas pumps are either missing a hose or you sit on the please wait screen forever. I believe this can be fixed by the proper management staff so I’ll go a different direction for a couple months and stop back to see if there have been improvements. By the looks of the comments and responses present this has been a problem for a long time and nothing is really being done. It’s time folks. There are a lot of customers waiting.
