After a week in St. John's and some disappointing restaurant meals, we finally discovered this one, which finished as by far our favourite and we went back there the next day, the last of our holiday in St. John's. During both visits, the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed and the service and food excellent. We wished we had found this restaurant earlier on during our holiday. View all feedback.

We visited for lunch on a day when sadly, one of the cooks called in sick and a race was happening in the morning that brought in more customers than usual. I could see that getting food from the kitchen was going to be slower, and that was ok BUT....our server seemed to be totally forgetful! We had to ask repeatedly for milk for the tea, more water, cutlery etc. By the time our food arrived, two hours after placing... View all feedback.
Great food and experience. Had eggs Benedict. Classical breakfast and granite breakfast both great! Tea came in small pots, orange juice glasses were cool, coffee refills during the meal. Live music at breakfast somehow play like land and sea intro sound. Good value.
Great fish and chips with great service! We were there on Friday and saw Andrew LeDrew and Kalem Mahoney. A great act!
First, the view of St. John's Waterfront was absolutely stunning! The waitress was very attentive and friendly; she suggested a cocktail that my wife really enjoyed. The place is not too big to consider comfortable. There were very soothing live music played ..and the artist was really good! The fish and chips were perfect, crunchy and light and the fish were very fresh. We will return!
Nice place for a beautiful view and an evening with a friend and simple parking in the city center. Decor and atmosphere is open, modern and a little on the quiet side. Bar is good in stock as far as I could say. The staff was very friendly and happy. This is sometimes a problem in downtown. We had only Boozy coffee and desserts... they were attractively plated and served. Not upstairs. Even my 13-month daughter brought along and she was greeted. (Although I don't know if I would call it a family house...) The prices are about right in the middle of a restaurant in St. John's. Not sure how the main menu is... must investigate next time.
Thoroughly enjoyed the chicken supreme and the entertainment! Lovely place to go on a Friday or Saturday night.
