What User doesn't like about Desi Meal Restaurant:
We ordered the butter chicken and lamb korma which was the special of the day. Both dishes were bland. Serving consisted mostly of rice with store bought naan bread. Dahl was soupy. Had great hopes that we would like this restaurant but sadly disappointed. View all feedback.
As a local guide, I rarely give five stars that forced me through their wonderful behavior and food. The taste is good and the amount is great. This is a favorite place for all students. A meal plan is also available.
You have a large collection of South Asian products. Another Halal Food option near Memorial University. If you want to try South Asian food, check it out.
This unforeseen little place is, hands down, the best Indian / Pakistani food in the city. Forget Preposterous India Gate, Desi is the place. Lamb Curry is the best.
Great food, reasonable price and friendly staff. I enjoyed it every time I'm gone. The pakora are particularly beautiful.
If you want good food, you have it here. If you want to cook good food at home, tou have that too! The best part about Desi Meal is it's owner's customer service. Humble and welcoming at the same time
