There are no other words to describe how FANTASTIC this restaurant is. The food, service and the value - all FANTASTIC. Charcuterie boards and the braised beef and the carrots and the cauliflower...then another Charcuterie board. Definitely coming back View all feedback.

Have to say the service was amazing from making the reservation. Had a back and forth phone tag kind of thing going on. The manager (owner) was just wonderful to deal with. The atmosphere was good - small, dim and quietly noisy. The food (to me) was only ok. I heard so many great things about Chinched, perhaps my expectations were too high. Excellent. Pricey, but excellent food. Had a great night out with my spouse and another couple. Tapas style. Nice atmosphere.

Chinched Bistro is a lovely, laid back bistro that serves innovative dishes and specializes in charcuterie.
Some restaurants just have a vibe! This is a small place, reservations are necessary, but the food is terrific and the ambiance is infectious -- everyone's having a good time! Small plates are the order of the day, with a local and sort-of Thai theme. Don't miss the Pig's Ears (yes, really...and delicious!).
