Had a fabulous celebration supper there on Dec 28. Pamela was our server and she was awesome.... asking if we wanted refills before our glass was empty... very knowledgeable of menu and options. ... she made our experience so relaxed and smooth. And the food was wonderful... I loved the Bacon Chipotle Penne... could have had more kick to it... but still very very enjoyable! View all feedback.
It's was a great meal and service and a wonderful place to eat and drink and I will go there again to eat

My daughter and I eat there all the time it’s our favourite restaurant and the service is excellent.
Just had the most amazing experience here. The customer service was phenomenal. Our server was friendly, polite and super fast. Our drinks wouldn't be gone and she would have another one for us. I found a hair half way through my meal, but they brought me a brand new one and let me eat for free. The manager also came out and apologized and assured me I wouldn't have a bill. Words cannot describe how this made me feel. I'm in St. John's from out of town. My husband was brought in by ambulance to the hospital and we have had a really tough week. We have no idea how long we will be here so this definitely made things a lot easier. So thank you Boston Pizza. We appreciate it soooooooo much!
