I tried to deal directly with restaurants but needed delivery for a company event so we ordered via skip and our order never showed up. piatto was very good to deal with although it wasn't her problem. they produced our order very fast and offered us extra pizza for our effort, although it wasn't their problem. great act and gone to some hungry customers to forever customers! thank you piatto! I had a great dinner here! Delicious gf pizza and a side salad. Pizza was big enough to share or have for 2 meals. Nice atmosphere. I would definitely go back!
Fantastic experience for dinner at Piatto! We were quite hungry and just wanted good pizza quickly. Piatto was so much more and we loved it. It was a neat surprise to discover original Napoli pizza in Saint John's. And to top that, there was a gluten-free version that was just as mouth-watering as the one I had in Napoli a month ago. Score! The tomato sauce was oh so saucy and delicious and there were neat vegetarian options. We had the Margherita and the Greca, both gluten-free, and had to restrain ourselves from finishing them.. lucky for me the left-overs are in the fridge!

Order via skip. 2 items of 4 only came. Call skip they couldn't careless, totally useless. We were stuck in isolation in the hotel cause of the covid. We finally call the restaurant directly. They were very nice, send the remaining of the order right away plus desserts as gratuity for the trouble. Food was very good and they experience went from very bad to very good because of they care about the customers..... Piatto 5/5. Skip.......... let skip them for a while.....
