Papa Johns Pizza - St. Johns

I spent nearly $40 on a large pizza, popper appetizer, and a 2-liter soda. The delivery was 30 minutes late, and the pizza was cold when it finally arrived—just after I called to arrange a pickup for a new one. The manager refused to provide a refund, only offering store credit. I definitely won't be going back!

Worst pizza I've ever had. I'm usually a fan of Papa John's, but this place completely missed the mark. It was the most disappointing pizza I've ever eaten. I ordered online with a soda, but when I arrived, I was told the soda was unavailable. I was okay with that, but then I saw and tasted the pizza, and it was terrible. It was cold and poorly baked, and the flavor was just not good. This has been the worst pizza experience I've ever had. I would not recommend buying from this place.

I was informed that there would be a two-hour wait after I placed my order, but I ended up waiting almost three hours without any delivery. I called twice for updates, and during the last call, I was told that my order hadn’t even been placed. It’s no surprise that you have so many negative reviews. This is clearly a management issue. I won't be ordering from you again. Please get your act together.

I placed a scheduled delivery online. Received the order a half hour later than when it was scheduled. Then the pizza was cold, incorrect, and the garlic butter looked nothing like I?ve ever seen. Come to find out, they?re using Grubhub to deliver pizzas.That explains why I couldn?t track it, why it was completely cold, and late.

They lost our order due to a ?power outage?. But yet charged my account. Didn?t bother to notify me, because they do not have backup mechanism in place to save order. When my wife got there, she gave the order again, but got our order wrong. Great jobEthan(manager). Do not patron this establishment!!!!
