My husband and I had an amazing time at this restaurant! The food was incredibly delicious. The servers were very friendly and we appreciated how they described each dish. Our food arrived promptly. This restaurant doesn't have a bartender, they have professional mixologists who expertly craft well-balanced cocktails. We only had the chance to sample two drinks, but we believe anything on their menu would be amazing. The food was excellent, we really enjoyed the atmosphere and look forward to returning for more! We went for a 50th birthday dinner this past Saturday and the food was absolutely AMAZING. It was five courses of perfectly portioned food that was absolutely indulgent. The staff was great with working with myself and another member of our party when we had some dietary concerns my shellfish allergy isn't horrible but it has been progressively getting worse over the years. They were absolutely amazing with making sure I got a substituted protein while my significant other could enjoy the shellfish he loves. Thank you for an awesome evening, eatMOSAIC!

I have been here 3 times over the last few years and every experience has been amazing. It’s classy and elegant but not snobbish. The staff is highly skilled and educated on what they do, their attention to detail is impeccable, and they’re so personable!! The food is creative and delicious- many of the dishes are absolutely mind blowing with the combination of flavors. So so yummy! And they’re very conscious of dietary restrictions (huge plus . It’s really cool to have such a unique and refined place with the class of manhattan without having to actually travel to the city. eatMOSAIC is worth every penny for the experience- not just for the yummy food but for the insight you receive while eating drinking. Both the food and drink menus are culturally eclectic and consciously curated. The timing of the plates is so spot on! Unlike so many restaurants that make you feel rushed and overwhelmed; this place allows you to truly enjoy every bite and reminds you of the beauty of savoring. It’s a really beautiful thing they are doing and I think everyone needs to experience it if they have a chance! (come hungry!!
