Riversong Banquet Hall/Bakery

That was our first experience with the ordering of take-out life from riversong. chef duff was recommended by a good friend. the three of us ordered personal size pizzas, all different, plus an order of fries. all were super delicious. the service was also fantastic. Apparently this...Koch sends out a new menu every week, so we look forward to the order of this place again. so glad we found it!

We sat outside on the terrace overlooking the river conestoga. the food was excellent. we had the big cheese and the Hawaiian pizza. the service was great and we saw the many birds at the bird food. there was even an eagle in the river sitting on a rock, they brought us her far glass to see him better.

50 years ago I visited here Stag Parties when it was riverside maples. a few weeks ago I was over, seeing that they were open for lunch and stopped. the place is beautiful. I enjoyed a bowl with delicious homemade potato soup and a 3-cheese sandwich and was impressed how welcoming and friendly chef duff and jenifer were. I said I was back with my wife, and today, 30 november, we came back to the official opening. we both enjoyed the delicacies that are served, and were also surprised that jennifer remembered my names where I sat, and what I had ordered during my previous visit. we will be back as soon as we can. many thanks and happy christmas to chef duff, jennifer and rebecca.

The curbside pickup at this restaurant is excellent. Chef Duff offers a nice variety of meals that are either ready to eat or just need to be warmed up at home. Today, we enjoyed the champagne asiago chicken supreme with garlic and fried veggies for two. The chicken was moist and tender with a delicious sauce. The portions were generous and the presentation on the plate was impressive, with no mixing of the different components. The house-made fish and chips are also highly recommended as they are freshly made and delicious. The chips only needed a quick heat up in the oven. During these times when dining out may not be an option, it's great to be able to enjoy high quality, chef-prepared meals at home.

Although it's a bit off the beaten path, this gem of a restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The lovely couple who run it serve up delicious, home-cooked style hearty dishes that are sure to satisfy.
