We expected the quality of the other restaurants of this group. the quality of our meals did not remain on this expectation or even on the pictures they present... read more We expected the quality of the other restaurants of this group. the quality of our meals did not remain on this expectation or even on the pictures they present on their website. we complained, as our appetizer board for. the price and missing components was quite small. it contains literally four pieces sausage and a fold of confetti size hardened meat. the cheese-ball and potato salad portions were generous, but impressing. the service was very good. they brought our daughter child's meal within minutes, without asking what an unpleasant timing made as we do not the appetizer board. that made them wait while we ate the app and ate. many mistakes in service with forgotten objects. we got a small discount after our complaining, although we really wanted to express disappointment. we will not be back. the washroom was dirty and loaded with paper towels of overflowing müll.

I'm sure they would've known that before lunch. even the waiter did not even bring the menu so that we could choose an alternative. he just looked at us. about 10 minutes later, one of the 4 directed .a chili dog with kartoffelsalat came.. so it was returned and promised to be quickly replaced. another 20 minutes and 2 dishes from the main menu arrived and fortunately we ok. but we were a table of 4 who wanted to eat together. we asked where the other dishes were, but didn't get any time, so 2 of us had to eat while it was hot. we then asked about the manager who was totally apathetic and clearly could not see why we complained. we then saw another couple standing up and unaffected with their eating. they had the chili dog and had returned him because it was cold and her vomit was also cold. they refused to pay the 2 meal times that had arrived were finished, so probably 20 minutes, and there was no sign of the other 2 meal times. when we complained, the staff had not changed and we were expected to pay for the 2 meal times. diabolical service, some food cold and unusable, terrible attitude. as the only restaurant (in contrast to snack/café) they really need to improve.
