So I'm mostly a steak guy. Filet mignon to be clear. Meet a guy and gal by the name of Paul and Holly as I recall who recommended the pork chop and scallops respectively. And while the scallops were worth getting... The marinated pork chop was unreal. Holy God almighty that chop was amazing. Can't finish chewing it without a l conscious pause to allow the flavor to sing it's song. Wow. Stop in. Say hallelujah. Amen
