I visited for tea and had a good meal overall, although the butterflied chicken was overcooked and quite tough. Despite this issue, the manager personally came to apologize and even offered a reimbursement for the bun as well as some complimentary dessert as a gesture of goodwill. While I was disappointed that the chicken wasn't up to par, I really appreciated the way they handled the situation. The only downside was... View all feedback.
The first time tried to eat nandos. I have 5 wings, with Peri-Perio sauce. the staff was very friendly and this is a great advantage for the company. little disappointed by the smallest wings I've ever seen. the whole job can fit in my hand. I think something else will try again.
Really quick sitting and ordering process. Food comes out quickly. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Called in for a take away for my son (who has autism) the young lady who served us was fantastic and got him a menu and gave him plenty time to decide what he wanted when his first choice spice wasn't available. She was fantastic and I'd definitely return to this same restaurant with my son. I didn't catch her name but she's a very good member of staff to have. Thank you for making what could of ended in a melt down a positive experience.
It wasn't my first choice, but my family wanted to go to Nando's, so I decided to join them. The greeter at the entrance was really friendly and cheerful. A few items were unavailable, but it didn't impact what we wanted to order. I tried the online ordering system for the first time, and it was much better than the old system where you had to wait in line and often lost track of your order. After we placed our order, the manager came over to inform us that there would be a longer-than-usual wait for our food and offered us two complimentary starters. When our main dishes arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes of the sides. Everything was cooked perfectly, and we left the table clean. We had a wonderful time and shared a lot of laughs. Cheers to Nando's! You've definitely improved in my eyes.
One of our favorite places to eat. It's never crowded, although sometimes we have to wait for a table. They have a system where you can scan a QR code to join a digital waiting list. They notify you when your table is ready, and you have a 10-minute grace period once you confirm you want the table. We experienced a few issues with our meal, but the staff was excellent in addressing them.
